Victor joined T&E in April 2022, where he is now leading the rail transport programme. Previously, he worked as an EU policy officer for a French gas network company on a broad range of files related to energy issues.
Victor has a background in Public Law and European Political Science. He has been strongly involved in the European youth organisation JEF Europe. Apart from his native French, he speaks English, German and has a base of Chinese. In his free time, he enjoys going to rock/indie concerts in Paris and all activities related to the mountains. He also likes to go on long-distance train journeys across Europe.
