Charging forward: Creating a world-class UK charging network

May 17, 2021

The shift to battery electric cars in the UK is accelerating with more than one in 10 sales in 2020. Only new cars with a significant electric range can be sold in the UK from 2030 and only zero emission vehicles from 2035.

T&E has also built an online tool that maps the number of electric vehicles registered in each local authority in the UK and the number of chargers located there.
