Lauren joined T&E in 2020 after two years with Greenpeace Belgium as both the International Communications Lead and Deputy Project Lead of the Clean Air Now Campaign. Prior to her work on transport, she was the Web Producer for various campaigns at Greenpeace USA, concentrating on pipelines, anti-SLAPP and environmental justice work. In 2012, Lauren received an MSc in Environment and International Development from King’s College, London, focusing on nationalism and its impacts on environmental quality and public health. Having grown up around farms in northeastern US, she prefers her time off spent outside — hiking, canoeing and growing lots of edible things from her vegetable patch.
