Carlos joined T&E in June 2021 after working as a junior policy officer at ECODES. He first supported our Spanish office in e-mobility policies, with a special focus on car electrification, and is now working on rail policy in our Brussels office.
Born in Madrid, he studied geography and spatial planning at the Complutense University of Madrid, and subsequently completed a master's degree in regional and urban planning studies at the London School of Economics. He speaks English in addition to his native Spanish and is currently improving his French.
Outside of work Carlos enjoys watching indie films, electronic music and evening strolls around the city.
