Bernardo joined Transport & Environment in 2023, following various work and research experiences in the energy field. As part of the freight team, he now promotes the decarbonisation of the trucking sector. Bernardo has a Master's degree in European Studies from the University of Florence, his hometown.
He is passionate about cycling and is also a lover of slow tourism. On his trips, he likes to take walks in uncrowded places, admire landscapes and relax while enjoying a glass of wine. Besides his Italian native language, Bernardo speaks English and Spanish.
