Dutchman Jos joined T&E as director in 2004, having worked previously as head of the transport division at CE Delft, a respected environmental policy consultancy. At CE, he focused on EU policy issues and transport pricing strategies, advising national governments and the European Commission.

Dudley joined T&E in 2004. Originally from London, his career began at IBM Business Consulting as a graduate recruit. From there he moved to the BBC where he worked for four years as a content producer for bbc.co.uk.

Bill Hemmings, Policy Officer

T&E's aviation and shipping specialist Bill was born in Australia and has worked in five EU countries. He came to T&E in 2008 with a background in the travel industry, most recently with American Express Business Travel in Brussels and has worked for, among others, Cathay Pacific airways and the Australian Department for Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Nina Renshaw, Policy Officer

Nina Renshaw is T&E's specialist in freight, infrastructure and noise policy and has also worked extensively on the EU's new tyre standards and label. She joined T&E in 2006 having previously worked at LKW Walter, the Austrian transport company and as a trainee at the European Commission's DG TREN.

Nusa Urbancic, Policy Officer

Nuša Urbancic is T&E's specialist on fuels and electrification. A Slovene, she joined T&E in 2008 from Greenpeace’s EU unit where she worked on the renewable energy campaign. She has also worked as a journalist and translator and at the French economic mission to Slovenia.
